  5. Belts are great as long as you don't carry your weight in the middle as I do. Fashion experts say they make you look slimmer, but they are horrible on me wide or thin.

    thank you for your comment...most of the "belt" rules are in general...for the vast majority...but...every "body" is different...and you just need to find what works for you...belt or not...the wonderful thing about clothes & accessories...is that they can help camouflage or enhance certain areas...the key is in knowing what works and what doesn't work for you!
