fashion funnies: fashion umpire...
have you ever seen an outfit on someone...and thought..."what were they thinking?" i love people watching...seeing individual style...seeing the creativity of outfits being put together...but sometimes...you come across an outfit...and you wonder...do they own a mirror? imagine life with fashion umpires...
